One of the most popular music festivals in northern Portugal – Primavera Sound – takes place in the city of Porto from 7-10 June at Parque da Cidade.
This year’s headliners are Blur, New Order, Pet Shop Boys, Rosalía, Halsey and Kendrick Lamar who feature above a long list of support acts that includes Alison Goldfrapp, Baby Keem, Bad Religion, Fred Again, Dark Side, My Morning Jacket and Sparks, among many others.
Extending all the way to the city’s sandy Atlantic coastline, Porto’s Parque da Cidade covers more than 200 acres and is the biggest urban park in Portugal.
The arena will offer a full range of on-site amenities and services for festival-goers, including numerous bars, restaurants, takeaway outlets, merchandise stores and giveaway booths operated by some of the event’s main sponsors.
Day tickets for Primavera Sound Porto 2023 cost 70 euros (130 euros for VIP access), while a four-day pass for the entire festival is priced at just 170 euros (250 euros for VIP access) which can be purchased online from the official Primavera Sound website.
